These samples of code are provided as examples of how to implement certain features in FACSIMILE. Some items are working models and some are code snippets. The models are for instructional use and do not necessarily represent a realistic model of any particular problem

Advection and Diffusion Model

Demonstrates creation of a model with chemistry and diffusion in a flow along a pipe.

Radiolysis Model

Demonstrates the creation of a simple radiolysis model and extends it to model pulsed radiation.
